1969 Corvette
In January of 1982 we entered my Dodge Demon in Carl Casper's Annual Car show in Dayton. All exhibitors were entered into a drawing for a brand new Datson B210 at the end of the show. Because of a snow storm we almost left before the awards were presented, but we hung around and I was the winner of the Datson. It was an ugly little car so two days after taking delivery of it, I spotted this '69 Corvette on a car lot and did an even trade.
The car had beautiful black paint by The Egyptian of Dayton and it had a small block with a 4-speed. I added a rowdy cam shaft and the header side pipes. We owned it for about a year.
